This "Opinions" also proposes to explore diversified circulation and transaction models and encourage various entities to expand exchange methods such as data exchange, order exchange, service exchange, model exchange, and scenario exchange. Industry insiders pointed out that breaking through traditional transaction paradigms and perceptions will help promote the release of the value of data elements on a larger scale.
